Mission work
In Brussels a missionary couple, which is associated with ECM, is leading an Arabic church. Furthermore there are contacts with several people who are planting churches in different parts of Belgium.

ECM longs for...
The Roman Catholic Church has deep roots in Belgium, consequently many Belgians are not unfamiliar with God. Sadly enough many miss the heart of the message of the Gospel, though, which can be noticed by the exodus taking place from many established churches. Scandals within the Roman Catholic Catholic caused many Belgians to resign from their membership to the church.

Belgium needs the Gospel. ECM wants to be involved in Belgium by helping to build loving communities, which transcend the message of the Gospel to the many people who don't live with God. A beautiful example of such a community is the Arabic Church in Brussels.

ECM hopes to build a growing network of church planters and church developers in Belgium, people with love for the Belgians and for the Gospel.
