The Vision: A Port for the Nations
Gdańsk is far more than a city; it is a legendary Baltic crossroads—a historic port that has weathered empires and revolutions. Today, it stands as one of Poland’s most vibrant hubs, drawing students, tech professionals, and refugees from every corner of the globe. At the center of this transformation sits Revelation Church—a spiritual harbor for a diverse, international community that was originally started by Nikolay, a refugee himself from Ukraine. Because he understands what it means to leave everything behind, his church knows firsthand the heart needed to welcome others. We are searching for a "Gateway Missionary"—an individual or family with a heart for the stranger, the warmth of a friend, and a calling to turn church into a true home for those starting over. “The stranger who resides with you shall be to you as the citizen among you; you shall love the stranger as yourself.” — Leviticus 19:34
Your Mission: More Than Ministry, It’s Life Together
You will serve as the human link in a chain of belonging, helping newcomers anchor their lives in the Gospel through hands-on engagements
Core Responsibilities
Leading or facilitating Bible studies in English.
Participating in worship and prayer ministry.
Building relationships and discipling people in their walk with Christ.
Taking part in evangelistic outreach and helping us develop and strengthen our street evangelism ministry.
Serving as an active member of our international church community.
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone who has a heart for people, children, is spiritually mature, works well in a team, and is passionate about sharing the Gospel. Experience in discipleship, evangelism, worship, or ministry leadership would be a great blessing, but above all we are looking for someone with a servant's heart and a willingness to invest in people's lives.
